offer a unique service to the Residents and Businesses of Mallorca.
We can offer 3 options for the disposal
of your items:
- Outright
purchase of the items for Cash.
- Sale through our Monthly Auction.
- On commission through our Salesroom
or one of our "Rummage" shops.
- When we buy the items outright, you will appreciate that we are then
taking on the "risk" of selling these goods. Unless the items
you have on offer are particularly in demand, it is unlikely that we
will offer any more than you could sell the items yourself, either in
the local Newspaper, on the Internet, or even at a Car Boot Sale. However
we offer the ease and convenience of simply taking the items "off
your hands" with the maximum of speed and the minimum of fuss.
The cost of removing items that we buy is obviously covered by ourselves.
- We hold Monthly Auctions, normally on the last Thursday of each month.
When items are submitted for Auction it is the responsibility of the
vendor to bring the items to our premises at their own expence, although
we can offer a collection service, at a reasonable cost. Normally our
Auction items are sold "Without Reserve" which means we can
offer no guarantee of sale, nor can we give any surety of the final
hammer price. For this reason we do not recommend the Auction as a suitable
option for higher value items, but it is ideal for clearance of low
value or high volume possessions.
- By far the most popular option, is that we take items into one of
our Shops and sell them on commission. In the majority of cases we charge
50% for this choice, although we will negotiate a lower commission when
there are higher value items, or where there is a high value clearance.

There is a charge for collection of items, although this is normally
discounted by the same percentage of commission we agree - ie 50% (normally).
- We have succesfully cleared many Houses, Appartments, Bars, Restaurants,
Offices, Shops and other premises too numerous to mention over the past
3 years. We will normally look at a combination of all the above options
in order to find an option most suited to your needs, the urgency of
the clearance, and in order to provide you with the maximum return on
your possessions.
